Shipping policy

How long will shipping take? 
All press-on nails are made to order. Once you place your order, it will take 4-10 business days to ship. That’s just the estimate. If you place an order without press-on nails it will vary to 1-3 business days to ship.

What happens if my package is lost? We are not responsible once items are completely shipped out, we make sure we send directly to the right address. You must contact the post office service with your shipping confirmation number.

What if I'm missing an item? You must send us a photo of your items once received. We usually double check all your items into our system before shipping it out.

Will I be able to return the item?
Unfortunately, you cannot return hand made press-on nails or any products once you’ve received the item.

Am I able to get a refund? All sales are final on handmade products, there are no refunds.
