How long will processing take?

Our press-on nail sets are made to order (MTO) and processing time will take 7-10 business days, NOT including the weekends. (Most processing time is between 4-6 Business Days depends the demand.)

*If you plan to expedite your order, processing time is 3-4 business days, weekends are NOT included.

Any other product items such as eyelashes with no nails will take up to 1-3 business days to ship.

How long will shipping take?

Once orders are shipped out, we are not responsible with the timing but most orders will be shipped out to you 5-7 Business days. If expedited, it should arrive 3-5 Business days.

What happens if my package is lost? 
We are not responsible once items are completely shipped out, we make sure we send directly to the right address. You must contact the post office service with your shipping confirmation number.

What if I'm missing an item? 
You must send us a photo of your items once received. We usually double check all your items into our system before shipping it out.

Will I be able to return the item?
Unfortunately, you cannot return hand made press-on nails or any products once you’ve received the item.

Am I able to get a refund? All sales are final, there are no refunds.
